Mary was experiencing a lot of loss lately. It didn’t help her feel any better when she cut her finger that morning while preparing breakfast. She just lost a relationship with her boyfriend of five years. Her sister had argued with her the day before. A close friend had excluded her from a social event.

She was not making any money, as she was out of work for four months. Having no health insurance, she could not afford to go to a doctor to check out the mysterious bumps she found erupting on her face. The more she struggled the worse got her problems.

Mary had been trying to use the Law of Attraction as she understood it to turn her life around. However, the more she visualized success, the more miserable she felt until all she was attracting was more and more disaster. She was really at her wits end.

Obviously the Law of Attraction was working for her. It was attracting what she felt. She felt miserable and was attracting more misery. The only way manifesting her desires was possible was if she could shift her feeling? But how could she do this when everything in her life was in an uproar?

That morning Mary sat frustrated at her computer continuing to look for work. Suddenly across her desk came an email discussing how to create miracles using the Law of Attraction using a new technique. She decided after lunch when she had more time, she would try it.

The first step of the process was to think about her problem and feel it in her body. She thought about all that was worrying her and felt almost nauseous. As well, her chest ached.

The next thing the meditation said to do was to personify these feelings as something visual like a dark cloud, an evil monster or a furious storm. She saw her problems as a dark cloud looming over her head. The meditation continued to instruct her to take this dark cloud place it in a box and hand this box up to her higher power. She did this.

As soon as Mary did this step, she felt a new sense of calm and tranquility. It was amazing how the spiritual resources there all along had rushed in to help her when she asked for assistance in this way.

The meditation continued with instructions to ask for what she wanted from her higher power. She asked that she be healed, that her life begin to turn around. She asked for healing of her relationships and her money.

Later that afternoon her sister called to apologize to her. This made her feel so much better. As well, she saw an advertisement for a great job, that she really wanted and was uniquely qualified to claim. The employer called her for an interview within two hours of her application submission.

Something had shifted in her energy, she thought. She began to think, maybe miracles are possible, especially if you know how to work with spiritual forces.
