When I wanted to attract love into my life I had to be nonresistant to my loneliness. I had to be at peace with it. It was uncanny, but as soon as I stopped looking for Mr. Right, he found me within two weeks time.

Here is another example. Let’s say you are in a low paying job and you want to attract a higher paying job. The first step to get the higher paying job is to be nonresistant to the lower paying job. This means quite literally you need to be accepting and appreciative of the lower paying job for it to be released in your life.

If you are unhappy with something vibrate with it no matter how much you visualize something new in its place. In order to attract you need to release the old to bring in the new. This is the law of nonresistance.
