The Power of Prayers – Affirmative Prayer

The best way to use the power of prayer to achieve results is to pray from a place of gratitude that God or Infinite Intelligence has already brought to you that which you pray to receive.

For example, if you pray with a desperate attitude, pleading and in pain, your prayers are not going to be answered. You have to pray with belief in a higher power to fulfill them. You have to have faith.

Think about it. Are you praying with faith or fear? When you pray in fear, you are desperate and pleading. You are not praying from the faith that God is infinitely powerful and can deliver to you a miracle at every second.

So if you want to become more effective in your use of the law of attraction learn how to pray affirmatively. Learn how to take your fear away first. Then cozy up to your higher power through prayer for fulfillment.

Here is a little exercise to help you do this.

• Get relaxed.
• Get in touch with any negative emotions you might be holding within yourself at that moment.
• For a moment give those emotions a visual representation. For example, if you feel fear about not having enough money, see the fear as something. Perhaps it might look like a dark cloud.
• See that dark cloud. Visualize it.
• Place that dark cloud into a gift box.
• Hand that gift box holding the dark cloud up to God or your higher power.
• Ask that the fear be handled by God.
• Now ask in prayer for what you want in faith that Infinite Intelligence can and will provide for you anything.

Infinite Universe

There is one caveat. Infinite Intelligence can provide for you anything you want for the highest good and benefit of all. However, if you ask for something that is not for your highest good or that of others you will find the prayer unanswered.

As well, remember to ask for what you want in the broadest way possible. Ask for a healing of your money situation rather than ask for HOW the money should come to you. This will provide a way for you to receive results with a higher rate of success.

Keep what you ask for general in nature and allow God and the universe to return to you a solution that is benevolent for you in a way you never could have imagined. Give God room to return results.

Using these methods should return miracles to you more often than using the power of prayer to try to get exactly what you want, when you want it. Living your life in happiness, peace and security that there is a benevolent power in which you can rest, truly is creating “heaven on earth.”
